HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

Acorn To Oaks patterns are made to exact body measurements required for style, fit, and comfort. Therefore, when choosing your pattern size, please use the measurement chart. These patterns are made according to height, not age or weight. If you are unsure which size to purchase, sizing up is always a good option! See our sizing guide for more details!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Acorn To Oaks accepts returns up to 14 days after the shipment has been received. Returns will only be permitted if the item is the wrong one, if there is damage that did not occur during transit, or if it does not fit. Acorn To Oaks reserves the right to deny a refund if items do not meet the criteria stated above or if it looks like intentional damage has occurred to an item.

Gift receipts can be issued if requested via email and will be valid for 60 days before they expire.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment options are Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

At the moment I am only shipping within Canada and the United States. If interest increases elsewhere, however, I will consider expanding my shipping options!

IS THERE A GIFT RECEIPT OPTION?

Gift receipts can be issued if requested via email and will be valid for 60 days before they expire. There is currently no option for gift receipts on the checkout page so be sure to email promptly after purchase.

HOW DO I PROPERLY CARE FOR CLOTHES PURCHASED?

All fabrics have been prewashed before sewn so no shrinking should occur. If an article of clothing contains red, it should be washed separately from other clothing to prevent stains. Red fabrics have already been washed an additional time (twice) but this does not guarantee that it will be okay with other clothing items.
To ensure no damage, any items with buttons should be flipped inside out when washing to keep the clothing from snagging on other things in the washer. All fabric and clothing is washer, dryer, and iron friendly but at normal temperature, unless otherwise stated in the clothing's description.

HOW OFTEN DOES THE STORE GET UPDATED?

Since it is only one person creating and managing all products and purchases, store updates will most likely be very two weeks to once a month. Your patience and understanding is deeply appreciated!

HOW OFTEN WILL YOU BE RELEASING NEW PATTERNS OF CLOTHES?

I hope to gradually expand my collection of clothes to different styles and fabrics. However, at the moment I do not think that will happen for at least a few months, not until my business is a bit bigger. If there are items you would like to see, your recommendations are more than welcome! Shoot me ideas via my email or in the chat bar!

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU IF I DECIDE NOT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM?

I greatly appreciate any support offered, whether it be by purchasing an item or simply sharing my business with other people. I understand that not everyone has the money to purchase clothing or anyone in their life that can wear kids clothing. Support can be as simple as reposting things I've put up on my Instagram or Facebook page or recommending it to people you think would be interested! Exposure and publicity are great assets and any is deeply appreciated!

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

At the moment I am not taking any custom orders. However, if you would like to purchase an item that is already listed but it is not in the correct size, send me an email and I will see what I can do!
