OUR RETURN POLICY
Acorn To Oaks accepts returns up to 14 days after the shipment has been received. Returns will only be permitted if the item is the wrong one, if there is damage that did not occur during transit, or if it does not fit. Acorn To Oaks reserves the right to deny a refund if items to not meet the criteria stated above or if it looks like intentional damage has occurred to an item.
Gift receipts can be issued if requested via email and will be valid for 60 days before they expire.

How We Do It & Disclaimers
All mail is sent through Canada Postal Service with standard shipping. If you are wanting to make a rush order, please mail us and we will try and coordinate that! Extra charges will be applied, however.
Acorn To Oaks is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on Canada Post's part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please allow 48 hours for Canada Post to update their tracking. What you see on their site is what we see. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. Tracking numbers for shipments will be emailed to you once the order has been mailed!
